Musical Theatre
Originally from Boston, Matt studied theatre at both University of Southern Maine and The Boston Conservatory. Matt made his Broadway debut in the Tony-winning production of Hair with Tony-winner Diane Paulus at the helm. Other credits include the “Representative from Jingletown" (American Idiot, National Tour) and Svec in Once (National Tour). In Waitress, he starred opposite Tony-winner Jessie Mueller, two-time Grammy-winner Jason Mraz, and seven time Grammy-nominee Sara Bareilles. Regional credits include Guy in Once at Bucks County Playhouse and the upcoming World Premiere of Pure Country at TUTS, starring opposite Tony-winner Levi Kreis. Television credits include Person of Interest, Madam Secretary, Marvel's Daredevil, EVIL, For Life, and Chicago PD. With his wife, Christine Dwyer, Matt co-owns THE WORKING STUDIO, a music theatre and acting studio dedicated to unlocking peoples' potential and embracing individuality in the audition process. With other top industry professionals, they have launched a successful master class series, UPGRADE YOUR AUDITION, to demystify the auditioning and booking process.

Raised in Lynnfield Massachusetts, Christine Dwyer graduated from The Hartt School with a BFA in Musical Theatre. She has traveled across the country as Maureen in Rent and Elphaba in Wicked. She can now be seen occasionally “defying gravity” as the Elphaba standby on Broadway and performing in various concerts across the city! Additional credits include Jenna in Waitress (National Tour), Sylvia (Finding Neverland), and a part in NBC's Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert. With her husband, Matt DeAngelis, Christine co-owns THE WORKING STUDIO, a music theatre and acting studio dedicated to unlocking peoples potential and embracing individuality in the audition process. Known for imparting technical knowledge infused with humor, Sabrina Learman’s enormous passion for teaching is undeniable. Her students have been heard on (and off-) Broadway and international tours, and they have been accepted to prestigious conservatory and summer programs in opera and musical theatre. As a frequent master class presenter, Sabrina focuses on the intersection of technique, performance practice, and text interpretation. Sabrina is on the voice faculty of Emerson College’s BFA Musical Theatre program and maintains a private studio of opera, musical theatre, and rock singers. Current summer teaching includes Emerson College, Summer Institute for the Vocal Arts, and My College Audition.

Martin Bakari
Praised by Opera News as a "vocally charismatic" performer with a "golden tenor,” Martin Bakari is an alumnus of Juilliard, Boston University, and the Tanglewood Music Center. Recent engagements include performances at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the major opera companies of Seattle, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Portland, Detroit, Charlotte, Fort Worth, Syracuse, and Salt Lake City. Internationally, he has performed in London, Dresden, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, Bari, Haifa, and Tel Aviv. A 2018 George London Competition award winner, Mr. Bakari's recording of Grigory Smirnov's Dowson Songs (Naxos Records) was featured by Opera News as a "Critic's Choice" album. www.martinbakari.com

Jane Eaglen
Dramatic soprano Jane Eaglen has enjoyed one of the most formidable reputations in opera for the past two decades. Roles such as Isolde in Tristan und Isolde, the title roles in Puccini’s Turandot, Bellini’s Norma, and Strauss’s Ariadne auf Naxos, and Brünnhilde in Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen have earned her acclaim on stages of the leading opera houses of the world, including the Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, San Francisco Opera, Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, Teatro alla Scala, Vienna State Opera, and l’Opera National de Paris. While continuing to perform, she is active as a full-time voice faculty member at the New England Conservatory. She is cofounder and artistic director of the Wagner Intensive summer program and has served as Senior Artist in Residence at the University of Washington School of Music and Principal Vocal Instructor for the Young Artist Program of the Seattle Opera. She teaches periodically at the Cardiff International Academy of Voice and returns annually to teach and mentor Merola Program artists at the San Francisco Opera.

Patty Thom
Patty Thom joined the faculty at The Boston Conservatory (now Boston Conservatory at Berklee) in 2003 as chair of the Voice Department. In addition to serving as chair, she teaches private voice and performance skills classes. Prior to joining the conservatory, she was Director of Music at the Walnut Hill School in Natick, Massachusetts, where she was also Director of the New England Conservatory/Walnut Hill Joint Program.
In addition to her work with the collegiate program, Ms. Thom is co-director of the Boston Conservatory Vocal/Choral Intensive, the conservatory's summer program for high school-aged singers. She is also the Artistic Director of ArtsBridge ArtSong, an audition prep program for high school-aged classical singers who are looking to ready themselves for college and conservatory admission. She lives in Boston, Massachusetts. |

Dominique Eade is a vocalist, improviser and composer known for wide-ranging
work with artists from Ran Blake and Stanley Cowell to Dave Holland and Anthony Braxton. She has recorded seven CDs under her name, including two for RCA Victor. Her most recent release, “Town and Country” (Sunnyside) garnered 4 ½ stars from Downbeat. Eade is the featured vocalist the new album “If There Are Mountains” (Newvelle) with Dave Douglas and Elan Mehler chosen by critic Michael Ullman one of 2020’s Top Ten CDs. A member of the faculty at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA since 1984 where she has developed a renowned vocal program, Eade has taught some of the most established and up-and-coming vocal artists today, including Luciana Souza, Roberta Gambarini, Rachael Price, Sara Serpa, Jo Lawry, Richard Saunders, Akenya Seymour, Sofia Rei, Michael Mayo, Aoife O’Donovan, Sara Jarosz, Darynn Dean, and many others. Marcelle Gauvin is an associate professor at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she serves as the department’s voice retraining specialist. She is the former head of the CCM/Jazz voice studio at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Marcelle performs regularly as a jazz vocalist after the success of her two nationally recognized recordings, The Edge of the Pond and Faces of Love with the Whaling City Sound label. She has appeared as a featured artist on many recording projects within the jazz community. Marcelle is a well-respected instructor and vocal coach in jazz/pop techniques, with a student roster that ranges from nationally signed recording artists to Broadway and TV performers. She has been a Shenandoah Conservatory Contemporary Vocal Pedagogy Institute faculty member since 2008 and hosts numerous vocal pedagogy conferences and events in the general New England area.

Malik Williams is a platinum selling composer/producer whose work has appeared in records, film, television shows, and national advertising campaigns. Mr. Williams' successful work as a composer, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist and his ability to work in many different genres have made him an in demand producer. Mr. Williams owns and operates Liptunes Music, a music production and publishing company based in Boston, Massachusetts.
